What is your process working in smaller projects / minimums?
We are here to meet with our clients and budget around their expectations. Depending on what the specs, designs, and expectations are, we are here to service accordingly if we may be a good fit.
What are the MOQs?
Depending on how big and small the items are, we prefer to base the packing around case packaging for shipping and handling to be the easiest. We may range as little as a few hundred pieces to thousands. Our pricing may also differ to clients’ advantage depending on the quantities of course.
Where are you based from?
We are located in Los Angeles County, California. We currently have distribution centers within the US including Nevada and Texas. We are also partnered internationally for our manufacturing and distribution needs to handle our experienced e-commerce retail side vs wholesale distribution.
How long does it take to ship after placing an order? Is expedited shipping available?
For all custom orders, you will have an account executive that will update you on all shipping updates. Orders are initially processed and shipped as soon as production is completed. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us directly — we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer warranty or return/exchange policies?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used items. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery – we will be happy to replace it or offer a refund, depending on the issue.
Will the packaging show what is inside? Will it reveal that it is an adult product?
We care about our clients’ privacy. We use plain, discreet packaging with no reference to the contents or our brand’s nature.
Do your products meet U.S. or international standards?
Yes, all our products are made in compliance with applicable U.S. and international safety and quality standards.
